The inaugural 2017 vintage for Topophilia Wines begins with a faint bouquet of crushed rose petals backed by more pronounced notes of stewed raspberries, blackberries, and spice. These raspberry and black fruit flavors persist on the palate along with mild bramble characteristics towards the finish and are backed by pronounced acidity. As with all of our wines, these flavors are only enhanced when paired with some of your favorite meals and enjoyed with the people you love.
